We do not guarantee specific business returns, lead volumes, or sales results from exhibiting at recommended fairs. By using our Services, you acknowledge that all final decisions to register or exhibit at a trade fair are made solely at your own business risk, and TradeFair Advisors shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, wasted budgets, or negative ROI resulting from your participation.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Conduct any activity that violates national or international export laws or business regulations.
• Impersonate another company or manufacturer.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, worms, viruses, or spam to our servers.
